• Platform: The website pelentix.com and all its associated services. • User: Any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Platform. • Investor: User who participates in collective financing operations. • Project: Real estate venture published on the Platform to receive collective financing. • Crowdlending: Collective financing modality through loans.

Pelentix operates as a real estate collective financing platform (crowdlending), facilitating the connection between investors and real estate development projects. The Platform allows: • Viewing real estate projects available for investment. • Making investments in selected projects. • Monitoring investment status. • Receiving returns according to the terms of each project.

To use investment services, users must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Provide truthful and up-to-date personal information. • Complete the identity verification process (KYC). • Accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. • Comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

WARNING: Investments in real estate crowdlending carry risks, including the possible total or partial loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. • Market risk: The value of real estate assets may fluctuate. • Liquidity risk: Investments may not be easily convertible to cash. • Project risk: Projects may experience delays or not be completed. • Credit risk: Developers may fail to meet their obligations. It is recommended not to invest more than you can afford to lose and to diversify your investments.

Users agree to: • Provide truthful information and keep it updated. • Not use the Platform for illegal activities. • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site. • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. • Comply with all applicable laws in Argentina.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the property of Pelentix S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without express written authorization is prohibited.

Pelentix S.A. shall not be liable for: • Losses arising from user investment decisions. • Service interruptions due to force majeure. • Damage caused by viruses or computer attacks. • Content of linked third-party websites. Pelentix's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of fees charged to the user in the last 12 months.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at pelentix.com/en/privacy, and complies with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

Pelentix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
